Early 2020 Efforts
Our efforts in early 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic:
Our Personal Shopping efforts to get needed disinfectant and sanitizing supplies. We knew there were limited supplies available, so we took our efforts to Phoenix, Arizona many times. Donated membership ID'S were used to purchase the limited quantity after we spoke with managers and leaders at various Sam's Clubs, Costcos, Targets, and Walmarts.
Orders from folks were taken and we tried to fulfill them as best as we could.
We purchased the items and sent the buyers the total without up charging the cost.
Scottie, Brianne, Dr. Calderon and AJ had many early morning trips and hours in line to try and make each trip as successful as possible.
